Billing Information:

Co-payments for office visits are expected at the time of service. We file almost 100% of our claims electronically. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have about the fee for our services. We want to be sure you understand the financial aspects of your treatment. In cases of financial hardship it is usually possible to establish a payment plan. For your convenience we accept Amex, Mastercard, VISA and Discover.
